By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Spaza/Trader/Tavern/Outlet hereby provides full and unconditional consent for Clicka Technologies (Pty) to enroll the shop in any services, products, or partnerships offered by or through Clicka Technologies (Pty) LTD. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Rewards programs and promotional initiatives.
  2. Use of the data for marketing, industry insights and services.
  3. Onboarding of multiple execution partners, brand activation agencies and survey solutions.
  4. Payment devices, payment services, and financial technology solutions.
  5. Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) providers, liquor brands, and associated marketing campaigns.
  6. Value-Added Services (VAS), including but not limited to mobile wallets, digital payment platforms, and other technological integrations.

The Spaza/Trader/Tavern/Outlet acknowledges that Clicka Technologies (Pty) LTD may enter into agreements with third-party partners and providers to enhance the services and offerings available. By opting in to this agreement, the Spaza/Trader/Tavern/Outlet grants Clicka Technologies (Pty) LTD the right to activate or facilitate such services without requiring additional explicit consent, unless otherwise stated or restricted by applicable law.
